We're taking Praise & Harmony to the "land down under." We are blessed to have the opportunity this year to serve churches and schools in Brisbane, Sydney, Auckland and Taronga. This will be my fourth trip to Australia and our very first to New Zealand. We've shipped Praise & Harmony CDs in advance of this trip to help them prepare for the workshops.

Our goal is to transform the learning of four-part harmony into the easiest process possible. In addition to advance classes where everyone sits in sections (SATB), we encourage churches to use the "Vocalist Training Discs" so people can learn by ear. Sharon assists with the soprano part. It helps us tremendously to have all four singing parts represented in the workshops, so I have asked our son-in-law, Allen and daughter, Kim to accompany us on this trip to assist with the parts. Our friends in Australia have covered the cost of my flight, but we still need help to cover airfare for the others. So far, we have been blessed with individuals who have generously contributed to this effort.

Keith & Sharon Lancaster and 200+ volunteer singers, from thirteen states, gathered at Park Plaza Church of Christ in Tulsa, OK to record the third CD in the Praise & Harmony series this past weekend.

This CD will be entitled Holy God and is more than just a recording project - but a tribute and worship experience honoring our holy God.

Gary Miller engineered this project with the assistance of David Cox, Allen Brantley, Anthony Lancaster and J. J. Blevins. Jeff Riddle ran projection while Keith Webber coordinated details for this inspiring opportunity. Rhonda Coleson, Sharon Lancaster & John Bynum were among the coordinators for this recording event.

Singers traveled from long distances after preparing and rehearsing for weeks to make this project the best that it can be. The Park Plaza Church was gracious enough to allow us to use their facility.

After many hours of intense recording sessions, a favorite part for many of us was the concluding time of worship in which we enjoyed singing, praying and worshipping. We will remember this experience for years to come.
