What are the suggested times for scheduling a Praise & Harmony Worship Workshop?
A. Week-end & Mid-week Options
Week-end:
Saturday evening: 1 & 1/2 hour to 2 hour session
Sunday morning: Sunday School meet with leaders
Sunday worship services
Mid-week:
Wednesday 1 & 1/2 to 2 hour evening session
Thursday Early 50 minutes to 1 hour session with leaders before dinner;
1 & 1/2 hour to 2 hour session after dinner
Q. Can we purchase additional Praise & Harmony songbooks and CD's the day of the workshop?
A. Yes. There will be a sales table with volunteers to assist you with that purchase. It is highly recommended that as many members of your congregation that can, purchase their songbook and CD to use for the practices your congregation schedules in singing class and in homes to better prepare for a more successful learning session with Keith Lancaster at the Praise & Harmony Worship Workshop. It is very inspiring to work with large groups of people who have prepared themselves fully to sing and worship together.
Q.Will I be able to bring my friends & neighbors?
A. Yes. You will be able to invite your friends and neighbors to the Praise & Harmony Worship Workshop. We encourage you to include them in your practices leading up to the event as well. Getting together in homes to sing is an excellent way to get to know people better in a casual setting. Your enthusiasm for this event will be a light to the world.
Q.Can we use Keith Lancasters’ picture on our website and your other Praise & Harmony promotional pictures, logos and materials to promote this event?
A. Yes. We encourage you to do so and additional materials will be made available to you once your event is confirmed.
Q.Will sound equipment be necessary for the workshop?
A.Yes, and a sound technician to operate the equipment.
Q.Does Keith prefer a hand-held or lapel microphone?
A. Keith prefers a wireless hand-held microphone.
Q.Do we need to have Power Point & Media projection capabilities?
A.Yes, this will be needed, as well as a specialist to operate them for the event.
Q.Can we choose which Praise & Harmony songs we’d like to sing at the Sunday Morning Worship Hour?
A.Keith prefers to coordinate this detail for proper flow.
Q.How do we schedule Keith & Sharon’s flights?
A.Communicate with their booking agent, 8 weeks prior to coordinate the planning of this purchase. Expect to purchase approximately 4 weeks prior to the Praise & Harmony Worship Workshop, under their direction.
