| Malcolm Himes brought his seemingly effortless style of |
| soulful singing to Acappella in August 2011. |
| |
| Malcolm is a native of Houston, Texas, and was raised |
| in Chattanooga, Tennessee. He is a well-known worship |
| leader at Christian conferences and congregations |
| around the United States. He toured throughout the |
| country as a member of the Southwestern Christian |
| College A Cappella Chorus and as one of the lead |
| singers for New Reign, the student a cappella group at |
| Oklahoma Christian University. |

| Malcolm's signature song may be New Reign's cover of "Inspiration," originally |
| recorded by members of Acappella, AVB and Straight Company on the Acappella |
| Gospel album. |

| Malcolm and his wife LaMia live in Edmond, Oklahoma, where Malcolm attends |
| Oklahoma Christian. |

| His favorite scripture is 2 Corinthians 4:8-9. "We are hard pressed on every side, |
